AirbnbDO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOST – UNPROFESSIONAL AND DANGEROUS EXPERIENCE I strongly advise anyone considering this property to look elsewhere. Our experience with this host was ruined by severe unprofessionalism, appalling communication, and serious safety concerns. When major access issues arose, the hosting team became completely unreachable and left us stranded without support. The situation was so severe that even Airbnb Customer Support attempted to contact the host on our behalf and could not get through to them. They left us outside in the streets of Morocco at 4 AM as three young girls, stranded outside a property we had already paid for, and then tried to manipulate the situation to shift blame rather than take accountability. When we managed to speak with the host regarding the first access issue , we were met with unprofessional shouting rather than any real assistance. This host lacks basic hospitality standards, emergency responsiveness, and respect for guests' safety.
